All Seasons Fitness Media`s CHARITY FITNESS TOUR, rolled to The Rose Bowl!!On Sunday, September 27, I had the pleasure of leading the Dynamic Warmup before the 2026 Bimbo Bakeries USA Global Race in Pasadena. I loved seeing the 10K and 5K participants get moving together before they headed out on the course. What makes this event especially meaningful is its mission. bimbo Global Race brings people together through movement while helping those in need. The organization says each in-person registration provides 20 slices of bread for donation to local food banks.That spirit connects with why I created the Charity Fitness Tour: to bring fitness, encouragement, and community to events supporting causes throughout the year. My warmup may last a few minutes, but I hope the energy stays with people long after the race. It was a pleasure working with race announcer Rudy Novotny, DJ Brandi Garcia, and the Bimbo Global Race team. Thank you to everyone who showed up, moved with me, and shared the good.
