Dion`s CHARITY FITNESS TOUR, bounced over to The Rose Bowl Stadium, Sunday, March 1, 2026. Uniting for a cure at the The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research’s Los Angeles Run/Walk
Yesterday. I had the privilege of Emceeing this event that brought together people living with Parkinson’s, their loved ones and community partners, to fund research and share hope. We kicked off the beautiful sunny morning with Race Director Michelle Franzese sharing that this year’s Los Angeles Run/Walk was our most successful yet — raising more than $349,000 (well above the $280,000 goal) and drawing record turnout give.michaeljfox.org. 100 % of these funds support high‑impact Parkinson’s research, accelerating the Foundation’s mission to speed new treatments and one day find a cure. A few poignant and uplifting speeches, and actress Lea Thompson had a few kind words, and shared that her two brothers have Parkinsons. Then Celebrity trainer/Host/Dj Dion Jackson, led an energetic group warm‑up, and then lined up the kids, walkers and runners for their races, celebrating every participant along the way.
