This was their 10th edition to host The Global race which was created to unite participants across the World to compete together. Their Global race is for everyone: competitive runners, casual walkers, families, friends and everyday joggers looking to come out and participate in Bimbo’s healthy, active lifestyle initiative. It is truly a global event; in 2016, Bimbo Global Race (formally Energy Race) In addition to this Global happening, Bimbo Bakeries USA is proud to partner with Feeding America® and their local area food banks during the month of September (Hunger Action Month) to give back during these times of need and support the local community. For every individual who participates in this year’s race, Bimbo Bakeries will donate bread to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. Every step helps feed someone in need to nourish a better World.
